  • Initial 1 hr. meet + greet session (virtual)

  • 2nd Wedding Planning Meeting (up to 2 hrs) four weeks out

  • Vendor re-confirmation 4 weeks prior to the wedding

  • Vendor check-in 48 hours prior to the wedding

  • Day of Wedding Coordination & Execution (up to 7 hrs. included)

  • Ceremony rehearsal direction (1 hour) - day prior to wedding

  • Vendor payments, tips & coordination day of wedding

  • Distribution of wedding day timelines to vendors and family

  • Wedding day set-up of personal items (toasting glasses, guestbook, cards, cake knife, portraits, etc.)

  • Creation + distribution of wedding day timelines 8 weeks prior to the Wedding

  • Assistance with floorplan + seating chart creation

  • On-site vendor + venue assistance

  • Reception strike and clearing of personal items

  • Access to personal preferred vendor list

  • Unlimited email communications

  • The simple answer is that we don’t know.

    What we do know is that hiring a wedding coordinator is a smart way to relieve the pressure from yourself and your partner (and immediate family who may feel they need to step in) on a day that can already seem like it’s going by way too fast. Coordinators handle those intricate day-of details but also stay on top of all the things that you wouldn't necessarily think about while also ensuring that all the big details you have planned for do happen. While it may seem like a simple task, you’ll be thankful while your wedding is running smoothly and you’re enjoying every hiccup-free second of it!

  • While we believe our packages are priced well below value, we understand that everyone’s budget is different. It never hurts to reach out!

  • We do, and we love it! Some travel rates + loding may apply for events more than an hour from your coordinators home base.

  • We require a 20% non-refundable deposit for all booked services. A signed agreement and deposit are needed to begin services. While we do not refund deposits, your deposit is date transferable if our schedule allows it.

  • We do! And we love sharing it with our clients. Choosing the right vendors for your day is a big decision and one that can cause tension and stress if not thought through carefully. Our list of favorites includes vendors of all different price points, vibes and offerings.

  • Our base package includes up to 7 hours of coordination (transportation time not included).

    Additional: $30/hour

  • Not at all.

    The main differences are the duration of your time together and involvement.

    Wedding planners typically join your planning team in the very early days of planning while coordinators only step in a month or so out to wrangle the details, set the itinerary and coordinate with your vendors and venue for a seemless wedding day. Wedding planners are also more shot-callers when it comes to decision making. While our coordinators have gained many opinions through experience that we’re happy to share, we’ll defer to your vision first and foremost. We’ll make sure your plans are carried out properly.

  • Like all good projects, we’ll create a timeline with you that’s realistic and inline with your needs. In general, you can expect projects like website design and graphic to take up to 30 days. Rush projects will only be accepted if the content and concept are both clear and organized.
